Casual Chic Tunic and Skinny Jeans

Hi friends! I hope Monday is treating you well so far!

I’m all about great style y’all but it’s got to be a really special occasion for me to sacrifice comfort! This waffle knit tunic is so soft and flowy and covers all the important parts (bum and hips)!

If I’m wearing a tunic or oversized shirt I like to balance it out with a pair of skinny jeans. I haven’t owned a pair of black jeans in awhile but I found these affordable ones at Nordstom so I gave them a shot and I love them!

If I’m working or just running errands I don’t always wear a statement necklace but I like to throw one on for an event, date night or if I just want to feel a bit more fancy. My necklace is from Target and I can’t find it online but check out my current necklace obsession here!

After the grand opening event at Brahmin, this satchel has become my go-to carry-all for my computer and planner (and multiple to-do list notebooks…I have WAY too many!) And can you tell I’m a fan of mixing black and brown???

Ankle boots are what you will usually find me in but these over-the-knee boots are top on my Christmas list this year. I rarely spend this much on shoes of any kind but my friend Beth has them and I’ve seen first hand that they are TOTALLY worth it!

And guess what! I’m finally the proud owner of a curling wand and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to an iron!

Of course I had to include a blooper because having your picture taken is ALWAYS awkward and in some backwards way this is how I laugh at myself!
