Happy, happy FRIDAY!!!!! I’m shouting it from the rooftops this week! Last Friday I was covered up with party prep for the Diet Coke End of Summer Bash so I’m looking forward to hanging at home tonight with a few friends over!

A friend recently made this chicken burrito bowl recipe for us at a GNO and it was SO delicious! I’ve already made it twice since and I may be repeating it again tonight for a little get together with the gals! :)
