Travel Style: Sullivan’s Island & Charleston, SC in Photos
Good morning friends! It’s taken a bit for me to recover from our vacation and I’ll admit I’m not quite there yet. I’m finding out the hard way that the age old saying of “I need a vacation from my vacation” is painfully true. I wanted to share with you a recap of some of our time at Sullivan’s Island and Charleston in the form of a picture story. We ate a lot, had a cocktail or three, enjoyed sunsets and beach walks, played games, broke up fights, cruised in the carts, swam without worrying too much about sharks (although we saw a fisherman catch one), and shared many deserts. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you but there’s something about sand and water and salty air that just puts things into perspective. And I’m happy to admit that we went the entire week with very little technology and it was incredibly refreshing. So, if you’re waiting on an email from me I promise I’ll get them out in the next couple days! :)
Cheers to a great week and I’m hopeful I’ll be ready to tackle Tuesday tomorrow!
I have been to 23 countries and I still love my time on Sullivan’s Island the most!
