2017 Gift Guide For The Fitness Freak
Happy Wednesday y'all! If you've been reading here for awhile you probably know that over the last 12+ months I've really gotten into fitness and have created a workout and healthy eating routine that I have been able to stick with (YAY!). And since half of the fun is the clothing and gear I thought I would share a holiday gift guide especially for the fitness lover in your life!
My primary workout routine is 4-6 days week of intense Crossfit with a little of running, walking and yoga thrown in. I've also cleaned up my diet by eating more real foods, cutting out as much processed food as possible and re-focusing with a Whole30 diet when needed. I'll be starting one up again in February so leave a comment below if you would like to join me!
One thing I've realized since I have started down this serious fitness path was how important the equipment is and especially how fast I go through shoes! I've included many of my favorite things here as well as a few that are on my Christmas wishlist. If you have any questions about the items or my exercise and diet regimen please leave a comment below and I'll be happy to answer them.
Also, if you happen to be in the North Charlotte area I would strongly encourage you to come try CrossFit Cornelius! It is a wonderful community and I promise I started from ground zero and have seen incredible changes over the year both mentally and physically! I'll be happen to attend a class with you!
Now let's get to the Gift Guide...

I absolutely love my Fitbit but I broke the screen so I'm trying to decide whether I want to upgrade to the Fitbit Blaze or the Apple watch. What do you guys think? Are you team Fitbit or Team Apple?
If you're looking for a few great protein smoothie recipes I wrote a post about my Mango, Turmeric + Ginger smoothie and my Chocolate, Sea Salt + Cinnamon smoothie. You can also read little bit about my fitness journey HERE as well as my favorite Whole3o recipes HERE and HERE!
I have also started taking Fish Oil on a regular basis for inflammation and overall health. I don't have a brand to recommend just yet but I'll let you know if I start to see results. At this point I don't take a lot of other supplements.
So my suggestion for your fitness loving friends would be to snag one of these camo backpacks and fill it with a few of your persons' favorite things!
Cheers!
