Good morning friends! I would like to take a moment of silence for this rare occasion that I actually have a holiday gift guide up on time, much less a whopping 15 days early! That means you still have plenty of time for shipping. Woot, woot!
I might be a little biased towards some of these gifts but that’s good right? It means I’m just sharing the things I love (or would love to receive)! I’m not one to give (or like to receive) anything extravagant so hopefully all you guys and gals can relate to these simple gift ideas.

I had a few glorious hours alone at the mall the other day and I spotted these firecracker earrings as I was walking out and I’m so mad I didn’t stop for them! I’m going to order these as a little present to myself!
I have these slippers and they are a lifesaver in the winter. So cozy and on major sale! I promise I NEVER go through carpool with these bad boys on, lol!

This is an oldie but goodie! I love this blanket so much that I sleep with it every.single.night! Yes, like my 8-year-old I too have a binky! My favorite thing about it is that it’s not thick but it’s really heavy. For some reason blankets with good weight.

During my shopping trip I talked about earlier, I scored this little number on sale for $32!!! I’m not sure if it will be a Valentine’s date night dress but it’s definitely going with me to The Southern C Summit next week! You’ve got to see the back too!

I believe that books are always a great gift and these are some great options! Bread & Wine is my favorite book ever and I also love organizing books this time of year! I haven’t read Present Over Perfect yet but all my friends are raving about it! And First Comes Love is just a good ‘ole juicy chick book!

For me and my little man Valentine’s Day has always been a fun holiday! Our school does a big, non-traditional Valentine’s project every year where the kids write a poem about each of their classmates. It really is a special time. And, one Valentine’s Day some years ago I bought my son a giant stuffed animal, and then for some torturous reason I decided to keep up the traditional. Soooo, let’s just say his room is full of life size animals. One day I plan on breaking the tradition….but, I doubt it will be this year ;) And just FIY, if you ever need to buy an enormous stuffed animal, Walgreen’s is the place to go!
