Favorite Things Friday Vol. 6

It’s FAVORITE THINGS FRIDAY y’all!!! Which means it’s the WEEKEND!

Today I’m in Alexandria working on my big Lowe’s Spring Makeover! There’s a major strategy planning sesh going down right now in a cute cafe in Old Town prepping for tomorrow’s big day!

Y’all, I’m not going to lie, I’m super nervous! I’m mostly nervous about getting it all done in two days but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about the design plan. I feel good about it and I just really, really want the homeowners to love it too! Now on to the favorites of the week…

The Jungle Book. I don’t know if it’s because I think my son looks just like the boy in the Jungle Book or that I loved the story as a kid. Either way I’m super pumped about this movie!!

Bose Mini Speaker. Sometimes we over look the not so pretty things in our house so I’m giving homage to one of my favorite, most used items! My parents gave me the Bose mini speaker for either Christmas or a birthday one year and I use it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! I link it to my phone and have all my favorite Pandora stations at my fingertips! I even carry it from room to room when I’m working or cleaning. Seriously though put this on your list ASAP!

My dad! It’s my dad’s birthday week and I just want to honor him for a moment and all the great dads out there! My dad is a huge part of this blog that you guys never see and he definitely doesn’t get enough credit! #shameonme He is always behind the scenes helping me build something or fix something and coming to my rescue at a moment’s notice when I’m under deadline. I love you dad! I am sure I don’t tell you enough but I appreciate everything you do for me, little man, and this sweet little home of ours!
