Favorite Things Friday Vol. 8

Hey hey Friday!

Today is a great day! My 7-year-old son is off school for a teacher workday and this morning we ran a mile together without stopping! It was so great to see him make it to the end! Naturally our course ended at Starbucks so we had to reward ourselves! You can see our shenanigans on Snapchat (user name: simplestylings)! Make sure to follow along on Instagram too!

Also, we have our first travel lacrosse tournament this weekend in Hickory, NC and we are super excited! He is one of the youngest kids on the team but loves playing with the big boys and he’s really coming into his own!

I’ve got camping/tailgating (or surviving lacrosse tournaments rather) on the brain and I’m wondering why I didn’t know about these portable highchairs when my little man was of highchair age??? Too bad I couldn’t find a Tarheel one :(

I don’t know if it’s the summer excitement or the fact that my parents are building a beach house and I’m counting down the days until it’s finished, but I cannot get enough wicker and rattan furniture! This Serena & Lily image is so dreamy and this chair is to die for!
