High Protein Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip {for fruit}

This 3-ingredient peanut butter yogurt dip has simple ingredients, is high in protein, low carb, and can be enjoyed with any fruit!

  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Hand mixer *optional

Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt (or one 5.3 oz individual container)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (no/low sugar)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients well with a spatula or hand mixer. Serve chilled or at room temperature, either way, it's delicious!
