Mango Protein Smoothie with Ginger & Turmeric
Creamy, refreshing, and delicious! An easy protein drink that you can make in less than 10 minutes.

- 1½ cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop Coconut protein powder
- 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
- ½ Banana
- 1 tsp Ginger paste (or 1-inch slice of fresh ginger)
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- Several cracks of black pepper (optional, to enhance the absorption of the turmeric)
- 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to blender. Pour in almond milk first, then add everything else, then the ice. If using fresh ginger, slice and toss it in.
Blend until smooth. Start blending and check consistency. Add a little more almond milk if it’s too thick.
