Mango Protein Smoothie with Ginger & Turmeric

Creamy, refreshing, and delicious! An easy protein drink that you can make in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 scoop Coconut protein powder
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste (or 1-inch slice of fresh ginger)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • Several cracks of black pepper (optional, to enhance the absorption of the turmeric)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Pour in almond milk first, then add everything else, then the ice. If using fresh ginger, slice and toss it in.
  • Blend until smooth. Start blending and check consistency. Add a little more almond milk if it’s too thick.
