September Favorites + What’s New Around The House
Happy Happy Thursday y’all!
Did you guys see our fall kitchen from Tuesday? If not you can catch it HERE. Decorating for fall makes my heart and my nose happy with all the yummy smells!
Well, September Favorites means that October is almost here and everything about the season is revving up. Which is the perfect lead in for our first favorite thing – my son’s milk carton halloween costume :)
I totally thought he was going in the Star Wars or superhero direction but nope, he was all about the milk carton! Now I’m on the hunt for a cow suit (preferably without utters lol).
2. This amazing family room reveal.

3. Super cute tassel earrings.
I love tassel earrings because they are so chic but also typically light weight. Most of the time I prefer to wear studs but if I do wear dressier earrings it usually involves a light tassel like these.
Simple, white and small is my definition of the perfect space. This 550 sq apartment definite fits the bill.

6. Jack Ryan
Okay friends, let’s have a moment of silence for Jack Ryan. But seriously y’all, it’s one of the best shows I’ve seen in years! I don’t binge too much TV but I couldn’t get enough of this one.
You might have seen me mention THIS favorite black backpack from Nordstrom. Well I found a dup at Target that is more wallet friendly.
I’ve been eating it up this new website and podcast I found. If you’re interested in nutrition, fitness or functional medicine, this show is definitely worth a listen!
9. Cool Wall Sconce.
CB2 has the coolest, affordable lighting options around and this new wall sconce is the perfect example.
10. Jade Face Roller
I recently heard about these jade face rollers from Sherry of Young House Love (my favorite DIY blog + podcast) and I’m very intrigued. Have you guys used these? For the price I think I’ll have to try it and see what happens. I’ll report back if I love it!

i just bought a rose quartz roller at tj maxx! they had the jade too but i chose the rose quartz. i definitely see a difference when i use it because i carry tension in my forehead and brow when i sleep. i do it just before i go to bed and it feels so relaxing, especially if the roller is cool.
also, now i want to be a milk carton for halloween. if you can’t find a cow without an udder, maybe you could be a cookie?
