Client Files: A Modern + Sophisticated Playroom Design

Happy Thursday y’all! I don’t know about you but this week is flying by!

Today I’m excited to share this modern and sophisticated playroom design board that I created for an eDesign client. My client has two young daughters and wanted a space that functions for the girls but with a fresh design that mom can love too! This room will serve as a space for the girls to play, watch movies, and eventually do homework.

We are keeping some pieces that the client already owns, like the animal print rug and daybed, and are adding lots of fun furniture and accessories. Storage and a homework space is important to my client and this desk/storage system that I found at Crate&Barrel is perfect! It comes in white and gray.

Two of my favorite focal points of the room design are the fun wallpaper and the tassel chandelier!

The media cabinet and ottoman will add warmth and texture to the space.

The artwork and wall hanging are the finishing touches to the design. The paint color options are Slate Tile and Intimate White by Sherwin Williams.

What do you guys think? I can’t wait to see this space come together for these two little ladies. And lucky for me this eDesign client is local so I’ll actually get to see it in person!
