Simple DIY Neighbor Gifts
Merry almost Christmas y’all! I can’t believe tomorrow is Christmas eve.
I wanted to share with you a super easy way to spruce up a boring wine bottle for gifts. I came across this idea from A Thoughtful Place blog and Courtney inspired me to try it. Hers look amazing and I love her DIY gift tags too.
The cool thing about this is you could use this idea for any holiday or birthday party with different paper.
You just need wrapping paper of your choice, scissors, tape, and spray adhesive. You could also use double sided tape instead of the spray adhesive but I happened to have it on hand.
Just measure the size of paper you need depending on the size of your bottle. Cut it to size. Fold the edges over and tape them so they look finished. Then spray the adhesive (or place your double sided tape) on the paper and wrap it around the bottle.
I bought the simple gift tags from the Target dollar bin. My favorite place to hang out these days.
I also wrote the name and type of wine on the back of the tag so the family would know what it is since we covered the label.
We also baked cookies and had a ball being little Christmas elves delivering the goodies to our neighbors!
So much fun!
