    4 Ingredient Creamy Avocado Dip

    Good morning ladies & gents!

I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe today in case anyone needs a tasty app to take to Memorial Day parties this weekend!

    Aren't avocado's gorgeous!! {Is that a weird thing to say?}

This recipe came about because I had bought this $20 Ninja blender from Walmart awhile back  when I thought I was going to become a smoothie drinker (that lasted about a week) and I wanted to make something else with it. I actually did like having a smoothie every morning for breakfast but I found myself still hungry after about an hour...I guess I need to work on the smoothie recipe next

I can't find the link to the blender online but any food processor or juicer type blender will do.

Anyway, I had a couple avocados in the house and decided I would throw some ingredients into this blender thingy and see what I came up with. I didn't have any tomatoes, peppers or onions on hand {weird} but I did have a can of Rotel and some garlic.

I peeled the two avocados and grabbed the Rotel, some minced garlic and some sea salt. I put the avocado in the blender and I slowly added the Rotel, garlic and then sea salt until I liked the way it tasted.

The final recipe came out like this but the great thing is you can tweak it however you like. More or less rotel, garlic or sea salt!

    2 avocados

    ½ cup Rotel

    1 ½ teaspoon minced garlic

    Sea salt to taste

Blend until almost pureed and serve with tortilla chips!

It's SO yummy and easy, and heck, throw some other stuff in there too if you like! Cilantro always makes everything better...I might try this next time. It has been awhile since I shared a recipe here so this was really fun!

I had a few friends over this past weekend and they got to try it so maybe they can chime in and tell you what they really thought :)

    Have a great day folks!

But, watch out also, as a result of these neighboring clans may also raid
your village, stealing your elixir and gold as properly.

Hi would you mind stating which blog platform you're working with?

I'm looking to start my own blog soon but I'm having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for
something completely unique. P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I
      had to ask!

Ha! Thanks girl! I loved the smoothies but I was starving an hour later and would literally eat anything in site! Definitely wasn't helping the budget or the waistline :)
