Happy Thursday…I mean Friday y’all! Once again a schedule change, but my little guy came down with another bug so things are a bit out of whack over here. Nothing out of the ordinary though when you’re a parent, right?

Home of The Month: A Charming Charlotte Bungalow

So…today I’m particularly excited about this Home of the Month feature because it’s the home of my dear friend and fellow blogger, Beth of designPOST Interiors. I met Beth several years ago during the early months of my blog and after realizing we were both from Charlotte and had a few mutual friends we ultimately became fast friends!

It’s funny in a way posting about Beth’s home because I’ve shared and consulted (aka gabbing over a glass of wine or two) with her about many of the projects she’s tackled here. And she’ll tell you she’s not a DIY’er but the girl is multi talented in both design and DIY…with the help of her hubby of course!

Beth and her husband Taylor, live in the Myers Park area of Charlotte with their three kiddos. Beth’s boys are around the same age as my son so it’s always fun to get them together to play while the ladies chat about all things blogging and design. Naturally Beth’s design business has grown in the Charlotte area so if anyone is in the market for a fabulous designer Beth’s your girl!

So without further ado, welcome to Beth’s charming Charlotte bungalow….

If you like in the South generous front porch is a must and I’d say Beth’s definitely fits the bill!

The front door opens to the living room that flows right into the dining room.

Beth has such a mixed style it’s almost hard to describe. A little boho, a little eclectic with a bit of traditional thrown in for good measure. She makes mixing styles look easy doesn’t she?

Beth and I must be kindred spirits because I think she changes her decor as much as I do! Check out how her fabulous dining room has changed over the last few years. They’re all running together to me now and I can’t even remember which one came first!

Incredible, right? I like them all but I think #2 has to be my favorite with it’s coastal vibe.

This herringbone wall in Beth’s mudroom was a DIY project that she tackled and it turned out amazing!

I love the serene master bedroom and bathroom.

Beth has since changed up her guest room and office a bit but I love the cheery vibe in here.

The landing at the top of the stairs is the perfect place to curl up with a book or read stories to the kiddos.

Beth kills it in the kid department and the boys shared room is a perfect example! Love those shiplap walls :)
